Villa Aca offers a very spacious living room open onto the terrace and the pool, 3 bedrooms air conditioning with en suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Idealy located in Saint Jean, villa Aca is less than 10 min walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. The villa can be rented with villa Suite Aca.

High Season (8 Jan - 15 April): 1 br 7,200€ - 2 br 7,200€ - 3 br 7,500€ per week
Summer Season (16 April - 14 Dec): 1 br 4,200€ - 2 br 4,200€ - 3 br 4,500€ per week
Christmas and New Year's (15 Dec - 8 Jan): Upon request
Please add on these above rates 5% island tax. Note that you will have the rental guarantee protection and services from a real estate agency but you will not pay any agency fee.
For your convenience, we accept Euro currency and payments by bank wire transfer.
