Villa SeaBird is located in Montjean, a quiet residential area, situated in the hillside overlooking the Caribbean Sea. From the villa’s expansive terrace with its beautiful infinity pool, you can enjoy panoramic ocean views from sunrise to sunset. Villa Seabird counts 3 spacious and fully equipped bedrooms, on a total surface of over 250 m2 (2691 ft2), which makes it an ideal home for families or friends travelling together. For your complete relaxation, two Jacuzzis are at your disposal: one is set in the lush garden surrounded by exotic flowers, and the second one overlooking the sea. Granting complete privacy and seclusion, the property is set in a lush and colorful tropical garden of over 6200m2 (1.2 acres).
Rates
High Season (11 Jan - 15 April): 1 br $12,200 - 2 br $12,900 - 3 br $13,600 per week
Summer Season (16 April - 14 Dec): 1 br $6,200 - 2 br $6,800 - 3 br $7,400 per week
Christmas and New Year's (15 Dec - 10 Jan): $24,720 per week
Please add on these above rates 5% island tax. Note that you will have the rental guarantee protection and services from a real estate agency but you will not pay any agency fee.
For your convenience, we accept Euro € and US$ currencies. Payments by bank wire transfer.
